  • Ultem 9085 material is widely used in multiple industries and applications due to its outstanding properties. Here are the main uses of Ultem 9085:

  • Automotive industry: Ultem 9085 is suitable for the manufacture of auto parts, such as body structures, interior parts, hoods and air intakes. Its high strength and high temperature resistance make it ideal for functional verification and prototyping by automotive engineers.

  • Aerospace industry: Ultem 9085 is lightweight, high strength and high temperature resistant, making it ideal for aerospace applications. It can be used to manufacture aircraft internal components, aviation equipment and spacecraft components, etc.

  • Industrial manufacturing: Ultem 9085 can be used to manufacture wear parts, fixtures, molds and custom tooling for industrial equipment. Its high temperature resistance and chemical resistance make it ideal for industrial applications.

It is biocompatible, high temperature and chemical resistant for the harsh requirements found in medical environments.
